By accessing or using the OrbTap website, mobile services, or rewards platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About OrbTap

OrbTap is a rewards and experience platform for couples, families, and travelers. Users earn “Orbs” (collectible points) and “OT Coin” (utility credits) by participating in activities, visiting partner locations, booking travel, and engaging with OrbTap features.

3. OT Coin (Utility Credits)

OT Coin is a closed-loop loyalty credit used exclusively within the OrbTap ecosystem. It is not cryptocurrency, not legal tender, and cannot be traded or exchanged for cash. OT Coin may only be redeemed at participating partner locations for perks, discounts, upgrades, or promotional items.

OrbTap may modify issuance rates, redemption values, seasonal bonuses, or availability at any time.

4. Orbs (Collectible Points)

Orbs are non-monetary digital collectibles used for badges, streaks, collections, and gamified features. Orbs have no cash value.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. OrbTap is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

6. Partner Businesses

Partner participation is subject to verification. OrbTap is not responsible for:

• partner quality of service
• availability of perks
• changes in partner participation

7. Restrictions

• exploit or manipulate reward systems
• attempt to reverse-engineer OrbTap software
• automate reward earning
• misrepresent identity or location

8. Changes to Terms

OrbTap may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrbTap is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• loss of rewards
• technical outages
• partner withdrawal
• data interruption
